We can't wait to welcome you to Doncaster Racecourse for a Champion Occasion. 

Ahead of the gates opening, here's a list of everything you need to know ahead of our This is Tennessee racenight:

-One Night In Nashville 90-minute set begins on the Champagne Lawn.

Hospitality Locations

-Home Straight Restaurant: Third floor of the Eco Power Stand.

-Pizza & Poretti: Conduit Restaurant on the second floor of the Eco Power Stand.

-Bottomless Brunch: Old Weighing room on the Champagne Lawn.

If you are joining us in any of our restaurants or Hospitality suites, please report to the Guest Experience Desk in main reception to be directed to the correct location.

Post-Racing Entertainment

One Night In Nashville will perform their 90-minute set on the Champagne Lawn post-racing.

Accessible viewing will be available. If you have accessibility needs, please report to the Guest Experience Desk straight after the last race and the team will take you to the viewing area.

Furniture

A limited amount of white furniture will be available on a first-come first-served basis. Get down early and reserve your spot.

Dress code

Standard dress code rules apply for this fixture. However, to celebrate the theme of the day, we are encouraging you to embrace Country & Western flair, put on your boots and dust off your cowboy hats.

A limited number of cowboy hats will be available to buy for £7 or 2 for £12. on entrances to the venue.

Ticket prices on the gate:

(increased on advance prices)

-Adult grandstand admission: £27

-County Enclosure admission: £36

-Premier Enclosure admission: £55

-Family Enclosure Admission: £10

-Concessions (Over 60s – only available in the grandstand): £13.50

-Under 18's: FREE (must be accompanied by an adult)

Transport

A shuttle bus is in operation, providing to and from trips to the racecourse from Doncaster Interchange.

Parking

-Car Park A (opposite the main stand) is reserved for Annual Members, Owners and Trainers, Jockeys, BHA, Sponsors, Hospitality Guests, Press and Blue Badge holders. Please show your permit/ticket/ID to gain entry to Car Park A.

-Car Park C (next to the Family Enclosure) is available to all our guests free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please follow the yellow road signage to direct you to the correct car park.

Security checks

Security checks will take place on entry. Please bring nothing larger than an A4-sized bag.

Other useful information

-Tables, umbrellas or parasols cannot be bought on-site.

-Picnics and chairs can only be brought into the Family Enclosure.

-A Family Enclosure ticket does not grant access to the post-racing entertainment.

-Doncaster Racecourse is a cashless venue. However, on-site bookmakers will take cash.
