Get ready for an unforgettable day at Doncaster Racecourse for the William Hill Futurity Trophy Saturday! 

We’re thrilled to welcome you for a fantastic afternoon of top-class racing, food, drink, and entertainment. 
 
Please note: Children aged 17 and under are free but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Ahead of the gates opening, here’s everything you need to know: 

Timings 

• Gates open: 11:30 

• First race: 13:30 

• Last race: 17:30  

• Entertainment: 17:40

On Saturday, 25th October, for the first hour after gates open, enjoy: 

• 50% off draught drinks – including soft drinks, lager, cider, bitter, and Guinness. Your first pint could be just £3.25! 

• £10 off any bottle of house wine, Prosecco, Champagne, or jug of Pimms!

Transport 

Doncaster Racecourse 101 Shuttle Buses – Saturday 25th October 2025 

• From Doncaster Interchange, Stand B2 

• Operating 11:30–13:30 (every 30 mins), returning from 16:30 onwards 

• Fares: £3 single / £5 return (no other passes valid) 

Parking 

• Car Park A (opposite the main stand): Reserved for Annual Members, Owners & Trainers, Hospitality & Restaurants, and Blue Badge Holders (permit/ticket/ID required) 

• Car Park C (next to the Family Enclosure): Free for all guests, first come, first served 

Please follow the yellow road signage to direct you to the correct car park. 

Entertainment: 

• Meet football legend John Lukic, who will be mingling with guests throughout the day. 

• Enjoy a live performance in the Main Hall after the last race with 90 minutes of live music featuring two incredible tribute acts: Brightside Killers, bringing all the anthems from The Killers, and Oasis 96, the ultimate Oasis tribute band.  

Security 

• Bag checks on entry – no bags larger than A4 size

• No tables, umbrellas, or parasols allowed on site 

• Picnics and chairs permitted in the Family Enclosure only 

• Doncaster Racecourse is a cashless venue (bookmakers accept cash) 

• County and Premier Enclosure upgrades available on the day – look for our team at the entrance
