We ask everybody to work together along with our staff and stewards to ensure a safe and thoroughly enjoyable event for all.
Ahead of gates opening, here's a list of everything you need to know ahead of the raceday.
Gates Open : 10.15am
First Race : 11.45
Last Race : 15.45
Tickets
Your ticket will be emailed out to you in advance of the meeting taking place.
If you are joining us in any of our restaurants or Hospitality suites, please report to the Guest Experience Desk in main reception to be directed to the correct location.
Transport
There will be no shuttle buses running for 9th November, however the service buses in the area can accommodate.
Parking
-Car Park A (opposite the main stand) is reserved for Annual Members, Owners and Trainers, Jockeys, BHA, Sponsors, Hospitality Guests, Press and Blue Badge holders. Please show your permit/ticket/ID to gain entry to Car Park A.
-Car Park C (next to the Family Enclosure) is available to all our guests free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please follow the yellow road signage to direct you to the correct car park.
Security checks
Security checks will take place on entry. Please bring nothing larger than an A4-sized bag.
Other useful information
-Tables, umbrellas or parasols cannot be bought on-site.
-Doncaster Racecourse is a cashless venue. However, on-site bookmakers will take cash.
Help for Heroes
Soap star, Dean Andrews will be meeting and mingling racegoers on the day and raising money for Help for Heroes.
