We can't wait to welcome you to Doncaster Racecourse. Ahead of the gates opening, here's a list of everything you need to know ahead of the 2023 Betfred St Leger Ladies Day.

  • First race begins (Meriel Tufnell Apprentice Handicap)

  • Second race begins (British Stallion Studs EBF 'Carrie Red' Fillies' Nursery)

  • Third race begins (Weatherbys Scientific 300,000 2-Y-O Stakes)

15:00

  • Fourth race begins (Betfred May Hill Stakes)

15:35

  • Fifth race begins (Betfred Park Hill Fillies' Stakes)

16:10

  • Sixth race begins (Hippo Bamboo Wipes Handicap)

  • Seventh race begins (Winners Wear Skopes Menswear Handicap)

  • Eighth race begins (Chique Boutique Doncaster Specialists In Racewear Nursery)

Style Awards:

  • Style Awards entries opens (flower wall in front of Grandstand)
  • Style Awards entries close
  • Top 5 finalists chosen by judges (finalists shown on big screen)
  • Final judging on County Stage
  • Winner announced
  • Live pianist in Reception
  • DJ on Champagne Lawn
  • Jazz Saxophonist in the Home Straight Restaurant

  • Jam Hot on Champagne Lawn (for County, Premier & Hospitality ticket holders only)
  • Parking is available on site
  • Car Park A – For hospitality, Annual Members and Owner and Trainers, £10 (Hospitality bookers get 1 free space per two customers, Annual Members & Annual Box holders get free parking with car window sticker, Owners & Trainers get free parking through their PASS card or QR code entry)
  • Carpark C will be available for on the day parking at £7 per car. Please be aware only card payments are accepted.
  • Blue Badge holders can park free of charge.

 

Dress code

The dress code is jacket for gentlemen with tie optional and smart attire for ladies.  Jeans and sportswear are not permitted.

  • Adult grandstand admission: £56
  • County Enclosure admission: £71
  • Premier Enclosure admission: £111

Transport

A shuttle bus is in operation, providing to and from trips to the racecourse from Doncaster Interchange.

Parking

Security checks

Security checks will take place on entry. Please bring nothing larger than an A4-sized bag.

Other useful information

  • Chairs, tables, umbrellas or parasols cannot be bought on-site.
  • Picnics cannot be bought on-site.
  • Doncaster Racecourse is a cashless venue. However, on-site bookmakers will take cash.
