How To Enter The Style Awards

The Style Awards are nearly here as it's only a couple of days to go until St Leger Festivals Ladies Day on Thursday 8th September. 

The lucky winner will be awarded an £1000 cash prize and a selection of prizes for the runners up. Winning Doncaster's Style Awards will also qualify you for automatic entry into Go Racing Yorkshire Ladies Day Final! 

Here's how to enter: 

Racegoers head to the flower wall to have their picture taken, this will enter you into the competition. The flower wall is located opposite the Parade Ring in the Grandstand Enclosure. 

The entries will be open from gates opening at 11:15am until 2:00pm. There will also be spotters in the crowd. 

The shortlist of finalists will be shown on the big screen and contacted to meet by the flower wall after the third race at 3:35pm or by the stage at 2:45pm. The final judging will take place at 2:50pm at a stage on the Champagne Lawn where ITV Racing's Rishi Persad and our competition winner Danielle will select the Style Awards winner 2022! 

Terms And Conditions:

1. The Promoter is Doncaster Racecourse, Leger Way, Doncaster, DN2 6BB
2. Staff, immediate family members or ambassadors of the Promoter, sponsors and partners are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition is free to enter and is open to all.
4. All entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter and/or partners may use contestants’ names and contact details for future marketing purposes, unless notified to the contrary by the contestant at the time of entry.
5. Contestants agree that their image may be used by the Promoter or and partners for future marketing purposes.
6. The winner will be required to take part in relevant publicity.
7. The Judges will be looking for a unique outfit based on the following criteria:
8. Embrace the rainbow and go colourful to thank the NHS by creating a rainbow of colour.
9. Know your dress code and choose an outfit appropriate for your enclosure.
10. Push the boat out, don’t be afraid to go large with a headpiece or a bold dress design.
11. Consider borrowing, re-using or making over buying everything brand new.
12. Wear an outfit appropriate for the weather on the day.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any contestant that is deemed to be too intoxicated to participate.
14. The Promoter shall select the judging panel and the judges’ decision will be final.
15. Contestants must be 18 years of age or more on the day of the event.
16. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
17. No cash alternative will be offered.
18. Contestants and/or their outfit are not permitted to commercially promote a brand, store or design.
19. Contestants may not enter on behalf of a third party.
20. Contestants must not receive any compensation or payment from a third party for entering the competition.
21. Entry is solely via registering on the day in person at the Style Awards flower wall near the Parade Ring.
22. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
