Doncaster Racecourse is thrilled to announce the fortunate winner of the "Horsebox Hotel" competition, an exciting initiative in collaboration with The Good Racing Co, aimed at raising much-needed funds for the MND Association.
After a highly anticipated draw, the winner of this incredible prize package is Alyson Keane, a Bawtry resident and avid racing enthusiast. Alyson secured her entry into the competition by purchasing a raffle ticket online at www.doncaster-racecourse.co.uk. Alyson’s ticket was one of over 400 hundred sold, raising valuable funds for the MND association as part of the activity.
The "Horsebox Hotel" competition offered the unique opportunity for one lucky winner and a guest to enjoy an unforgettable night's stay at the exclusive "Horsebox Hotel." This converted vintage horsebox, located in close proximity to the heart of the action, is fully equipped with comfortable beds, cooking facilities, outdoor furniture, and the perfect vantage point to soak in the atmosphere of the Betfred St Leger Festival.
The Good Racing Co, known for its dedication to raising funds and awareness for charitable causes through horse racing, partnered with Doncaster Racecourse to enhance the prize package further. In addition to the "Horsebox Hotel" experience, Alyson Keane will receive a complimentary membership to the esteemed Rob Burrow Racing Club and an exclusive stable visit for up to four guests to one of the trainers affiliated with The Good Racing Co.
The complete prize package awarded to Alyson, includes:
- Full access to the Betfred St Leger Horsebox Hotel from 11:00am on Saturday 16 September until 10:00am on Sunday 17 September for two people
- Overnight stay on Friday 15 September in the Hilton Garden Inn, to include dinner Friday night and breakfast Saturday 16 September for two people
- County Enclosure admission tickets to Doncaster Racecourse Betfred St Leger Stakes Day on Saturday 16 September for two people

The MND Association, the beneficiary of this initiative, focuses on improving access to care, research, and advocacy for individuals living with or affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
