Tickets & Booking
When do advance tickets close?
Online tickets remain open before and during each day of the Cazoo St Leger Festival (subject to ticket availability) and can be used to purchase tickets on the day of racing.
Can I buy tickets at the racecourse box office?
Our racecourse box office is open exclusively for the Cazoo St Leger Festival tickets from Saturday 4th until Saturday 11th September from 10am – 4pm each day. Please be aware that the Box Office accepts card payments only.
When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be sent via email. This includes tickets for restaurant and hospitality bookings. All tickets have now been sent. Sometimes these can land in your junk folder so please check before getting in touch.
Can I collect my tickets on the day?
Unless at the request of the racecourse (for example carers tickets), there is no longer an on-the-day ticket collection option. All tickets can only be sent via email.
I am missing my tickets, what should I do?
Please ensure you have checked your junk/spam folders, if they have not arrived please send the following details to racingnorth@arenaracingcompany.co.uk so our team can check your details on the booking are correct.

Can I transfer between Enclosures?
Space permitting, you can upgrade your ticket to another enclosure on the day at the upgrade points within each enclosure.
Dress Code
What is the dress code for the Family & Grandstand Enclosures?
There is no dress code for this enclosure. However, most racegoers choose a smart casual outfit when attending the races and we discourage sportswear and ripped jeans.
What is the dress code for the Grandstand enclosure?
There is no dress code for this enclosure. However, most racegoers choose a smart casual outfit when attending the races and we discourage sportswear and ripped jeans.
What is the dress code for the County enclosure?
The dress code for this area is a collared shirt for gentlemen and smart attire for ladies. No denim, sportswear or trainers are permitted in the County enclosure.
What is the dress code for the Premier enclosure?
The dress code for the premier enclosure is Jacket and tie for gentlemen and smart attire for ladies. Strictly no jeans, sportswear or trainers. This dress code also applies to children.
What is the dress code for the Home Straight Restaurant?

What is the dress code for the Conduit Restaurant, Boxes, Press, and Owners & Trainers?
The dress code for this area is a collared shirt for gentlemen and smart attire for ladies. No denim, sportswear or trainers are permitted.
Travel & Parking
How do I get to and from the racecourse?
Private hire vehicles can pick up from gate 8. Hackney Carriage Taxis will be available outside the racecourse. Shuttle buses will run from outside the racecourse into town after the last race. Alternatively, it’s a brief 15-minute walk to the station.

Where can I park?
Annual Members, Hospitality Guests and Owners and Trainers please use Car Park A. for complimentary parking.
Club 1776 Marquee Guests can use Car Park D.
Public parking will be available in Car Park C (a £5 charge may apply).
Entry
What entrance do I use?
For County Enclosure, Premier Enclosure, and Hospitality Guests, please use the Main Reception Entrance. Additionally, County Guests can also use the Champagne Lawn entrance via gate 4 (access via the main car park).
All Grandstand Enclosure Guests should use the Grandstand Enclosure entrance outside the racecourse on Leger Way.
For the Family Stand, please use gate 8 off Sandall Beat Road, opposite Wicks.
Will there be security checks on arrival?
Yes, there will be security checks on entry. Please bring nothing larger than an A4-sized bag.
Is there any age requirements?
Children 17 and under go free to the races when accompanied by an adult. You’ll need to select a child ticket when making your booking.
No under 18s are allowed on the Champagne Lawn throughout the Festival, this will be a strict challenge 21 area.
Do I need to do a lateral flow test or prove my vaccination status?
You do not need to provide a negative Covid-19 test result or proof of vaccination. However, please do not attend the racecourse if you:
- Receive a positive Covid-19 test result
- Self-isolating or are told to self-isolate
Please reply to your ticket email if any of the above applies to request a credit voucher or refund.
We would strongly encourage racegoers to ensure they are proven to be Covid negative in advance of attending for their own peace of mind. We recommend taking a lateral flow test 24 hours prior to attending and 48 hours afterwards. If customers would like to take a readily available Covid 19 test before visiting, they can order these here.
Do I need to wear a face mask?
Face masks are recommended to be worn in all inside and crowded areas. These are no longer mandatory but are recommended for the safety of your fellow racegoers.

Payments
What payment method do you accept?
All bars and food outlets will be accepting card and contactless payments only. On-course bookmakers will still be accepting cash.
Do Bookmakers accept cash?
Yes – bookmakers will still accept cash and some will also accept debit cards. There are no cash machines on the racecourse so if cash is your preferred method then please ensure you bring this with you.
