Following the government announcing that current rules on social distancing and capacity restrictions remain in place until Monday 19th July, this means that our Rag 'N' Bone Man live after racing event on Saturday 17th July will be rescheduled to another date, with options currently being discussed with the artist.
With social distancing measures still in place, we are still able to welcome a reduced number of racegoers to our fixtures. This is currently a maximum of up to 4,000 to allow for social distancing.
The good news is that the exciting live horse racing will still be taking place on Saturday 17th July. As our capacity is restricted, customers still wishing to attend this fixture without the Rag 'n' Bone performance will need to confirm their attendance for tickets to be issued and tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity reaches the permitted limit.
All customers who booked their tickets directly with us should have received an email with details on how to confirm their attendance for the racing only, request a credit voucher or refund. Those customers who booked their ticket via a third-party ticket partner will receive an email once the new date of Rag 'n' Bone's performance has been rescheduled to is confirmed.
Alternatively, bookers can wait until we can confirm the rescheduled date for Rag 'N' Bone Man and transfer their ticket to this new date – please bear with us whilst we discuss options to reschedule this performance.
We hope to have confirmation of the new date by Friday 25th June and existing bookers will be the first to know! If, once confirmed, customers can't make the new date then they will have the opportunity to either get a full credit voucher for a future booking or a full refund. Please be aware that customers who have booked tickets via third-party ticketing agency will be subject to the agencies terms and conditions.
