The second day of the iconic Betfred St Leger Festival attracts some of the most prestigious racing of the week, with the Betfred Doncaster Cup being the feature race.
The Doncaster Cup is the oldest race currently run under the rules of horse racing and the final leg of the Stayer’s Triple Crown. The 2023 renewal was won by the brilliant pair of Trueshan and Hollie Doyle!
Get ready to cheer on the best British stars as they aim for glory. But, the Irish challengers will be primed and ready to come out on top.
Following a fantastic card of live horse racing, the UK's most authentic Britpop Tribute band, Onside Britpop, will have you singing along to the classics with a LIVE performance on the Champagne Lawn after racing.
Robin Reid, special guest of Betfred Doncaster Cup Day and former British boxer, will be meeting and mingling while wearing his Olympic medal and bringing his WBC belt.
Reid had a successful career in the Super Middleweight division, winning a bronze medal at the 1992 Olympics, turning professional in 1993, and claiming the WBC Super Middleweight title within three years. He later held the IBO and WBF titles and faced legends like Joe Calzaghe and Carl Froch.

Children 17 and under go free to the races when accompanied by an adult (some exclusions apply for Festival fixtures and Live After Racing events). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.

Our County Enclosure allows access to all general admission areas (excluding the Premier Enclosure). This includes the social and exclusive Champagne Lawn, making the County Enclosure the place to be seen. The dress code encourages you to dress up for your day, including a collared shirt for Gentlemen - strictly no sportswear, but smart jeans and white trainers are accepted.
Limited to ensure the very best service and experience, our Premier Enclosure is located on the third floor of the main stand. Experience the wonderful atmosphere of a raceday from our fabulous glass fronted Premier Suite. The dress code is smart with strictly no jeans, sportswear or trainers and Gentlemen must wear a jacket and optional tie.
Our family enclosure has an alcohol-free area, to ensure a relaxed environment for extended families to enjoy the event together.
