A day at the races can be enjoyed by anyone and your recipient will be able to choose the date they attend from our available race meetings, plus more than 500+ fixtures across the country as these are available across ALL 16 Arena Racing Company fixtures!
Our Gift Vouchers are available to buy in various denominations that can be redeemed online for full or part-payment for any online ticket, restaurant, hospitality or annual membership package across 16 racecourses across the country.
Recipients can choose from a variety of different fixtures. From chart-topping music nights to family fun days, thrilling Group 1 race days to stylish Ladies Days.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are valid to be used as full or part-payment for any online package(s), and can also be redeemed for hospitality by calling the racecourse. Gift vouchers must be redeemed in advance and can be processed in person at the venue. Customers who wish to book hospitality must call the racecourse to redeem their gift voucher. Exclusions may apply for special offers, including Black Friday and January sale vouchers, and these will be clear on the special offer voucher. Any remaining Gift Voucher balance will remain in your account until the expiry date. Gift vouchers are valid for online purchases only. Gift vouchers must be redeemed in advance and can be processed over the phone or in person at the venue. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Rewards4Racing vouchers cannot be used alongside Gift Vouchers.
Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)
• Your Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, when you buy a gift voucher from us online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
• Cancellation Period: This 14-day cancellation period (the "Cancellation Period") starts the day after you or the intended recipient (as the person receiving the physical voucher) receives a confirmation email for a digital voucher.
• Waiver of Right: Please note that if you redeem the gift voucher (use it to purchase goods or services) during the Cancellation Period, you expressly waive your right to cancel and receive a refund.
• How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the Cancellation Period. You can do this by replying to your confirmation email
• Refund Process: We will refund the full purchase price of the gift voucher within 14 days after the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
